5th Hyde Scouts Autumn Camp at Boarfold

24 December 2012

The Scouts had a quiet weekend at our very own Boarfold Campsite in Chisworth. The camp was a traditional patrol camp – and was used to allow one of our oldest Scouts, Ben to take charge and lead the patrol.

Highlights included cooking on an open fire and lots of wood cutting. The scouts also did a couple of hours service for the campsite – lopping trees, digging a ditch and planting a hedge – all in a day’s work!
